Hi, I’m Alicia Jones, founder of Nature’s Regiment and a Marine veteran. I created this brand to solve a problem women in uniform have faced for decades: styling products that provide strong hold but leave hair dry, flaky, and damaged or “clean” alternatives that simply do not perform well enough to maintain professional standards.
I understand what it takes to keep hair polished through long shifts, physical training, changing weather, and demanding schedules. Nature’s Regiment was created to deliver dependable performance with greater care for the health, feel, and appearance of the hair, because women should never have to choose between meeting the standard and protecting their hair.

Supporting Women Beyond the Uniform
At Nature's Regiment, our mission extends beyond healthy hair. We believe every woman who has served deserves support during and after military service. That's why we are committed to donating 10% of all product profits to organizations that serve women in uniform on a quarterly basis.
This quarter, 10% of Nature's Regiment product profits will be donated to Grace After Fire, a nonprofit dedicated to empowering women veterans through peer support, mental health resources, and programs that help them successfully navigate life after service.
